Your Feedback Matters
Any feedback we receive on our service is a valued source of information. We encourage you to make suggestions or raise any complaints that you may have, so that we are able to respond accordingly and improve the quality of our service. In the same way any compliments we receive are a great way for us to see where we are going right.
All cases shall be treated seriously in a sensitive and confidential manner. We will acknowledge your case within 24 hours of receiving it.

If you or your loved one is a Service User of ours, you can simply inform your carer. You can also record it yourself on the forms in your Right Trust Care Pack.
As well as any suggestions, concerns or complaints you may have, we would also really appreciate your compliments. If you feel we have provided a great service, or your carers have gone above and beyond, or maybe just a thank you to the team, we would love to hear your feedback. This will help us to recognise the area's that we are doing well in, help towards staff appraisals and employee awards.

Individuals must be advised that the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman will not investigate the complaint until the provider has had the opportunity to respond and resolve the matter in the first instance.
